If you are not completely satisfied, you may return products with 30 days of receipt. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must include the original packaging and your return authorization number. Initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If your Fancy Panz arrives defective, please submit a photo of the damaged item within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
